- Welcome and Introduction
- Approve the minutes of Board meeting, Beijing, October, 2023
- Active report by President Dr. Chen and Executive Director Dr. Chu
- Award announcement: Two Outstanding Achievements – Dr. Kumar from India and Dr. Lin from China. One Outstanding Service Award- Dr. Pai from Taiwan
- New Elected Vice President Dr. Jiahong Wu, Congratulations and welcome her joining the board
- Due to COVID-19 impact, the new officer installation will be held during the 2nd Asia-Pacific Conference on Mosquito and Vector Control, Pattaya City, Thailand, August 3-7, 2026.
- Update on the 9th International Congress of SOVE, Greece, October 12-17, 2025. President Dr. Chen will give a brief report on the ASVEMC at the meeting. There are two symposia from the ASVEMC. The deadline for submission of abstracts for both symposia and regular submissions is May 10.
